What do I need to do in preparation for each session?

Leave at least one hour between eating and practicing pilates. 

Remember to drink plenty of water, before and after your session.

Wear loose, breathable and comfortable clothing.

We practice Pilates without shoes, but you can also wear non-slip socks if you have them. 


What equipment do I need?

Mats and Pilates props/equipment are all provided for you, but you are more than welcome to use your own yoga/gym mat if you prefer. 


How much space do I need for my Pilates session? 

In Pilates mat classes your body is constantly challenged as it works against gravity. Whether in the garden, beach, balcony or in your own home — an adequate amount of space is needed so that you can freely move your arms and legs without obstruction whist lying on the mat.
